I went to this office after I had sudden eye pain in one eye that made me unable to function normally. I went to a nearby urgent care and the dr there said I needed to see an eye dr bc she couldnt help me. I was worried bc my husband was out of town and I had 6 children including an infant to care for. I called the office and described what had happened and they said I could come in that afternoon. On March 18, 2021 I had a two hour surgery after which I suffered a corneal abrasion. When I got home after the surgery I called my Eye Dr he wasn't in but they gave me the name of Dr Yanik who is in their group and was seeing patients. I called and he had finished his patients for the day . He asked how quickly could I get there. He waited for me and I am forever grateful to him for that because Corneal Abrasions hurt a lot. He fixed the pain in a flash.
Dr. Yanik is the best of the best! He has cared for my eyes for years & helped me with everything in a kind, knowledgeable & caring attitude! I highly recommend him
When I had a sudden serious eye issue I called a number of Phoenix Opthalmology offices. All tried to set up an appointment some time in the future. When I called this office they asked me to describe my issue. They put me on hold and then came back on and said Dr. Yanik wonders if you can come in right now? After nearly 3 years as a patient, I completely trust this office and this doctor.
We have been seeing Dr. Bloemker for years due to an eye injury my husband had from a car accident. Dr. B is always kind, informative, gentle, funny, thorough and paced so you never feel rushed. He is talented, efficient and knowledgeable as well. Any time someone asks for an eye doctor, we refer to Dr. Bloemker.
Have floaters in my right eye. Wanted to get full information on this condition and treatment options. DR. Bloemker did a complete exam, explaining each step as he worked. Gave me a complete explanation of the floaters, cause, issues, next steps. With no eye surgeons in my city, I drove over 190 miles for my appointment. I have been using his services for over 10 years. Great service, nice office staff.

Dr. Bloemker has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. I visit him every year for my annual examination. During that time, I have always received the highest quality care that I could possibly imagine from a medical profession. Dr. Bloemker is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His staff is excellent. I can't find words too strong to recommend his services. I hope he never retires.
I have been a part of the Affiliated family for almost 40 years and 10 have been with Dr. Bloemker! What a great group and a great doctor!
