I've been going to Dr. Nguyen since he'd taken over Dr. Ragee's practice. I've had two crowns done over the years. The first crown put on by Dr. Nguyen, hurt. He'd adjusted it to fit comfortably. My second, most recent crown was not adjusted properly, and because of that, I have been told that I need a root canal. The tooth is uncomfortable, but I am not in pain. I just got a crown, last month. I'd called to let them know that the the crown was not feeling comfortable and needs an adjustment. I am having to wait a couple of weeks for them to get me in to fix it. Plus waiting for a call back from billing due to being overcharged.
