AWFUL Support STAFF!!! Cannot follow through to simply send the request for lab work to the lab. Twice I was at the lab first thing in the A.M. waiting, to find out the orders were not there. Called to verify and was promised the orders would be there, was told they were in her hand and ready to fax immediately. This has happened before...terrible.

I called for an appointment 0n 4/1/20. I spoke to the receptionist and she didn't have answers for anything. I need someone to Take over my medication for depression and diabetes temporarily till I find another endocrinologist and psychiatrist because I'm moving from Pennsylvania to Port St. Lucie I would have given my records to the doctor. She didn't even check. Primary care physicians can and do that in a temporary basis. I told her that wouldn't work for me and she said bye and hung up. She didn't even check. I am very very happy with Dr Dawkins he is 1 in a million he will give you all the time you need to talk to him and Ive never felt like I was being rushed he is the greatest

In my 45 years of nursing and pharmaceutical research and development, I have never witnessed a more compassionate, thorough doctor who treated a very difficult situation. He was respectful, patient and reassuring. The entire staff was thoughtful. I realized while accompanying this pt. How we as a society have become accustomed to accepting being shuffled in the medical system. Because of this doctor I have renewed hope and faith for my patients and humanity.

I have learn though the many years, my wife and myself has been patients of DR. DAWKINS, if he feel you need to see another Dr. to take care of the medical condition that he can’t, believe me that Dr. Will be on of the top doctors, AS A DOCTOR HE IS OUR CHOICE FOR OUR MEDICAL NEEDS, BUT AND PERSON THIS MAN HAS A GREAT HEART FOR OTHERS

We'd been going to Dr. D. Dawkins for Several years and were very happy with him. He came back from vacation this year an entirely different person. We felt rushed, after a long wait in the waiting room. My husband was 88; he was in and out of the hospital from July to Sept. like a revolving door. He'd be discharged on Fri. and back in on Mon. I'm still paying for hospital costs and ambulance charges. If Dr. Dawkins had spent some quality time with Harry on one or more of these admissions maybe

He is great, but the wait time is bad. 1 1/2 hours my first visit then 2 hours the second. If I didn't need to talk to him about a problem and paid upfront, I would have left. They collect your money before you see him. He is great, spends time with you but that is just too long to wait for any Doctor.

Worst service ever. Extremely difficult scheduling appointments. Poor staffing, don't provide referrals, forgets to send prescription. calls not returned, over 2 hour wait, phone always busy. Worst medical service ever, run don't walk. Much better organized services available - they should close.
