Great service from everyone involved. Thanks for the support. Dr Tran was excellent!
No ASL interpreter showed up and the virtual/iPad interpreter (which sucks) never connected so we had to improvise (again). Dr Tran and staff were great, though, as usual, and did their best given the circumstances.
I've been seeing this provider for a long time and have always had a great experience. He's knowledgeable, down to earth, and takes time to connect with me.
Always good, even when they are short handed.
