I had a metal shard, with a ring of rust in my eye that happened on a late Saturday night. The next morning - it was clear this was an emergent issue. I first went to Urgent care in Battle ground, and the Dr. there phoned Dr. Olson, who was enjoying his summer Sunday. Dr. Olson performed my cataract surgery. The outcome was better than I expected. He is a kind and knowledgeable Doctor. His staff is great! My surgery was very easy. I am 72 years old and I do not need to wear glasses for distance anymore. I believe Dr. Olson saved the vision in my right eye which had scar tissue. He is the best!
Great bedside manner. He explains things throughly and never makes you feel rushed.
I have been seeing Dr. Calvert since end of March. He has been amazing. He listens, answers any questions, shows no frustration if you don't really understand and actually care's about his patients. He's very prompt on getting you your test results as soon as possible. When I was going in for surgery he even held my hand while they were putting me under. It was actually comforting. They don't teach that stuff in medical school. His bedside manner is amazing. I can't give him enough stars!
Change review> I mistakenly blamed the Dr. for how her staff treated me. I did not find out until I personally contacted the Dr. to complain to her about my treatment. She advised she was shocked and had no idea that it was her staff that cancelled my appointment .
Dr. Vancouver Clinic staff were rude. After waiting in an office that had no receptionist and after knocking and calling out no-one came out for approximately 7 minutes. finally a woman came out and said I had to go to the next door office to check in. Then I had to wait, only to be told my appointment had been cancelled. I could not get any explanation even when I told them it was a 3 hour drive & I needed to see her. They only said my appointment was cancelled and they would not see me. I will never go back to this Dr.
Have seen him multiple times. Definitely listens and presents you with plan options. Very personable and down to earth. Would highly recommend.
Zwart is a used car salesman at best, acted like a 13 yr old kid during my visit. Wanted to do surgery right away, and then without asking he stuck a scope up my nose for 60 seconds and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that it would cost me $600 outside the regular office visit. My issue went away on its own after 2 weeks, glad I didn’t do his treatment plan. Stay away from this guy.
Love the staff. Dr. Nah extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very direct with opinions and options. Caring, trustworthy, thorough. Recommend
