Well Dr. Tran and his staff are like stepping into the Ritz-Carlton of healthcare. Well appointed office, exceedingly friendly and courteous staff that just inherently knows how to treat people. Dr. Tran himself is all about problem solving and is a scientist in mining for explanations and root causes. Exceptional.
Excellent in person and over the phone. MyChart does not work well. Appointment had to be made over the phone.
This was the first time I've seen Dr. Tran & he was very wonderful, I was lucky & fortunate to make hi acquaintance.
Dr. Tran is great but he was 45 minutes behind schedule and that was very inconvenient.
