Had a very good feeling about Dr Tran
Dr. Tran is the only doctor I've ever had that has actually listened to me and worked with me to find a solution to the problems I was experiencing. I found it very easy to get appointments, even at the last minute. He really seems to care about helping, and went above and beyond to find a treatment that worked for me. It took a few tries to find the right thing, but his willingness to keep trying new treatments until I found the right one was something I am so grateful for. The office of Dr. Tran is the WORST office that I have ever experienced. They don't answer the phone, there are awful wait times, they cancel appointments and then the patient has consequences for missing the appointment. My son is on a daily medication and he runs out EVERY SINGLE month because Dr. Tran won't call in the refills. I have to call every month and beg for my sons meds to be refilled. I make sure I have 5-10 pills left when I call so I give the doctor time but they still wait.
