I had an appointment Friday 1/27 at noon. I didn't receive a reminder that week about the appointment so I called Friday morning when they opened to make sure I still had my appointment at noon. They said they tried to reach me to confirm the appointment that week (I didn't have a missed call or voicemail from them) and since I didn't confirm they gave my appointment to someone else. Dr. Smith is one very disappointing dentist and has a LONG way to go when it comes to dealing with his own employees. He is VERY cocky and has zero ability to deal with a patient when it comes to following proper billing procedures that his billing department operates by!!
