Dr. Dustin Hedgpeth is TRULY a patient centered periodontist. He goes above and beyond in terms of explaining every aspect of your care plan. He’s also kind and patient. In one important word - TRUSTWORTHY. We are fortunate to have him in Columbia.
Dr Hedgepath and his colleagues I met during my visits, Rachel, Sarah, and Crystal were so nice, answering all my questions (I always have lots!) and anticipating many of them. They told me things to expect (Insurance payments-not great-gross!) and what to expect before, during and after my surgery. I feel like they made the best of my bad tooth situation.
He is very patient. He even wrote a thank you for allowing him to treat me. He followed up that night with a phone call.
