I was given a written estimate that was submitted to Delta Dental and approved. After the insertion of a bridge, I received billing for an additional $254.00 after overpaying $213.00. Not only overcharged $467, but I still have pain in my gum from the bridge. At this point need to see another dentist for clarification of what damage was done.

FIRST VISIT TO THIS OFFICE THE RECEPTIONIST WHILE YOU SITTING THERE WAITING SEEMS TO DISCUSS PATIENCE INFORMATION WITH THE COWORKERS WHILE OTHER PATIENTS ARE WAITING TO BE SERVED I DISCOVERED THAT WHILE I WAS WAITING TO BE SERVICE I MADE APPOINTMENT TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE BUT I LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS OF THE SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN THERE AND I SEE IT'S ONLY A THREE-STAR THE RECEPTIONIST HAS A UNFRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AT THIS OFFICE HOPEFULLY IT WILL CHANGE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE SURGERY DONE THERE OR SOME TOOTH YOU ... read more

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Angelov for 3 years. She is caring, friendly and honest and will do all to give you good care. We have always felt their fees are reasonable and fair and the staff is friendly.

Will not be patients at this office! Deceptive practice, takes advantage of the elderly and the medicare/medicaid system. A dental cleaning covered by insurance is all that was wanted. What we got was unprofessional customer service and money driven dental care. I contacted the Dental Assistant to inquire about charges for a dental cleaning exam prior to the service being administered to my elderly mother.
