Bad experience with this clinic. The Doctor is ok but everytime i went he is in rush, 8 of out 10 He only check the heart beat with a small box and i didn't get to use the ultrasound machine nor see the baby on the screen. And they should have a language note for patient Because i speak Cantonese with the doctor not English but he never remember. The worst experience is with the lady inside the office Blonca. The doctor showed up so late during my delivery. It was day time and he was notified the night before. The nurse got me through all the pushing but the nurse wasn’t experienced. So the entire experience was worse than it should’ve been. He basically showed up at the final moment when the baby popped out. Luckily everything was fine but it really made me worry what if there was complication and every minute matters?! What if the baby was stuck for too long and didn’t get enough air and cause brain damage.
First, I want to clarify that Dr. Phong is a very good doctor, and this review is not a complaint about him personally. However, we experienced a situation that was very difficult to understand. We had scheduled an anatomy scan for 7:00 AM today about a month in advance. We both took a full day off work and woke up early to go to the hospital, only to be told upon arrival that our appointment had been canceled.
