If I could give them a 0 star. The receptionists are so rude, unprofessional at all . I could hear they talk behind patients all the time ,,, come on people , you don’t want to do that as a human being and on top of that you work in a professional environment!!!! We came early for my mom appointment but they ask someone that come later to see the doctor first and we need to wait for half an hour without any explanations ,, Every single time we come , it annoys me to hear how they talk bad about someone else , we need to see ... read more
My mom needed an x-ray, I called multiple times and asked this office to email the docs to me but they said their policy is the patient needs to come to the office to pick it up, come-on today the technology is that most docs can scan and email to the patient. They work like in the 18 Century. This is a 0 star.
