Dr is awesome. As far ad the staff and the staff up ft there awesome too.. some people that think their Queens need to be checked or when you bring your kids somewhere and they act out bust that #\$%\$. Hello Dont blame the staff because gravity is not just for you... the bad comment please.. I seen all of y all in the Drs.office.. y all were making me sick because y all were a walk in. Dr. Bowell is a good doctor but his staff members need to be fired and or they need a serious attitude adjustment!
Dr.Bowell is an ok dr but his nursing staff is absolutely horrible i have never been treated so rudely before in my life.His nurses lie when they say they called your old dr for info.i do not recommend this office to anyone. Very unprofessional and i feel the nurses should be reported the the BON
Dr. Bowell is okay, but I agree his staff up front is terrible. When I bring my great grandmother there I almost say something every time. They are so rude to her, ecspecially the lady you have to speak with up front. Very poor service :( !!!
Dr. Bowell is a wonderful doctor, but his office staff is terrible! Ive never been treated so poorly at a doctors office in my life. I called about a report on a procedure and they told me it could take up to 2 weeks for them to get results back and when I called where the procedure had been done, they had come back the week before! I still havent gotten the results and no one will call me back.......
recept is very RUDE and not helpful to you in anyway The DR. needs to get a new face up front
Love Dr. Bowell! Receptionist is not too friendly. Im sure she is a very busy lady, but she is the "face" of the the doctors practice and should be friendly and helpful!!! The nurses are nice and friendly and will answer questions for you or if they dont know the answer they will find it. Dr. Bowell listens to you instead of jumping to conclusions and rushing you out the door. Hes into quality of service instead of quantity. Though its always busy and a little slow, like all doctor offices. This doctor is worth the wait!
I have never seen the doctor, only the nurse. The back office staff is wonderful. The receptionist....not so great. She acts annoyed anytime you come to the window or need anything from her. She clearly hates her job.
I have been going to Dr Bowell for several years. He is a good doctor and I like him very much. HOWEVER, his staff is HORRIBLE! I cannot get presriptions refilled in a timely manner and am treated very poorly when I have tried to contact them for ANY reason. I have found a new doctor and will not be going back to Main Street Medical again. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Good doctor, but definitely not worth putting up with the staff to see him!
