Dr Duncan Friedman is an exceptional Eye/Retina specialist. Every visit with him was the best. When I started seeing him in 2020, he immediately made my eyesight better. Look forward to my monthly visits with Dr Friedman for past 2 yrs. He is well knowledged and his office staff are all professional and polite. Good comraderie with seasonal decorating competitions. He explains what is going on, and treatment plan. I am grateful for his billing dept who persevered with insurance to get me on specialty medicine. Love his dedication and reassurance,as he says "I got this"! And he sure does as my vision has improved significantly.
Dr. Friedman sees my husband. We changed from Dr. Scales. Best move we made. His caring, sincere, friendly and professionalism is above and beyond any doctor that we see. All doctors and his staff are prime examples of the care that should be given to everyone by any doctor and their staff. So many doctors' offices staff are rude, unfriendly, belligerent and treat you like crap. We are so glad we made the change. Dr. Friedman helped me identify my problem which was dry eye from refractive surgery for near sightedn ess in the 90s. He recommended Xidra but what really worked were eye plugs in the tear area. I forgot about the plugs after wearing them too many years ago. I am happy to report, my eyesight is back to normal
