My husband and I were looking for A/C for our home. Matthew from Dr. Ductless was great. He helps us understand that our home needs and how the work would be done. If you are looking for a company to work with Dr. Ductless in our opinion is a great company to call.
Matt was timely, courteous and explained all of our options.
We wanted to know if we could move our existing system or if a system was available to reposition our system in the attic. Turns out our roof pitch is too low however Dr Ductless was very helpful and informative on what we could do when and if we choose to do it. Very prompt, courteous , professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
