The technician Gal is a master of HVAC filter, ducts and mold removal. He took the time to teach me about the filters and even found the missing part which allowed for a tight seal for the filter. He showed me how and why proper maintenance of the system is critical for mold removal. I know I'll be breathing cleaner air tonight. Thank you Dr. Duct and especially Thank you Gal .
