All-around great experience with Ben at Dr. Duct!
Gal was the name of my technician. He was awesome. He walked me through what needed to be done and didn’t upsell me. I had another company come by first and tried to sell me on cleaning the main output ducts of my furnace. Gal checked it out and said I didn’t need it. I bought myself a snake camera and checked it out myself. Go figure, the main outputs were clean as could be. Gal handled the cleaning professionally. Thank you for your work Gal and thank you for being honest.
Gal arrived 30 minutes before appointment for air duct & dryer vent cleaning. He answered several questions, returned to truck to get mask/shoe covers (as requested), explained the process & advised against deodorizer if I had sensitivities. I really appreciate that because I am very sensitive to smells. He didn't try to add on services. They also respond to messages in a timely manner which is a plus. If I could offer any improvement, I'd say slow down a little bit. I know he was eager to get off but I felt like it was rush... read more
