Just called to schedule an appointment here referred by my primary dr. The receptionist made me feel like a piece of garbage. Talking fast at me in a harsh tone saying we need a referral faxed. I said, I have it in front of me but I could have that done. She was to busy talking at me to listen to anything I was trying to say. Want to start by giving a thumbs up to Dr Dua and his colleagues had a great experience, In 2024 had a left knee partial replacement by Dr Dua had 100% recovery.Jan 6th of 2026 had a right knee partial replacement and are doing great as well, I want to commend Dr Dua he is great to work with, I was in serious pain in both of my knees and with the surgery’s I have my life back now able to walk without pain.I have recommended family and friends and they were also very satisfied with their results
I can’t even begin to tell you how comfortable and welcomed and well cared for I felt being here. Every single person that I dealt with was a sweetheart between my nurse and myself we came up with the absolute best pain control. I liked it because everything was discussed. It wasn’t decided for me. I was asked how I felt. I was asked what I thought and How I felt about particular things and that made me feel really good and very involved as one should be in their care.
