My dryer was taking two or three cycles to dry clothes, and I suspected the vent was clogged. I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, and it turned out the vent was almost completely blocked with lint. The technician, Steve, was very polite, showed me the lint buildup, and cleaned the whole vent system. He also gave me tips on how often to clean it and signs to look out for. Very accommodating. Haven't cleaned my vent in years and Dr Vent not only cleaned my vent but also replaced old ducting. Very friendly and I could tell he has years of service. Don't let the stars rating sway you to not call. Dr Vent was recommended by my dryer repair main and I'm so glad I hired Dr Vent.
