we were really impressed with how fast and professional the team was when we had a water damage emergency. troy and the crew showed up quickly, took care of the water mitigation, and managed to save our bathroom tile floor where the leak began. it's hard to put into words how grateful we are for their hard work and great service. their know-how with insurance adjusters made things so much easier for us. highly recommend them if you ever need water damage restoration!

We can't recommend Dr Dry water and fire Restoration enough! We are extremely happy with their water damage restoration service. After a big storm brought heavy rain to Palm Springs, our finished basement flooded with a lot of water. The first time this happened, we tried to handle the cleanup ourselves by removing the water, disinfecting everything, and running a dehumidifier and big fan non-stop until it looked dry.
