I have gone to Dr Lucky for decades. He is a great doctor as well as being such a kind and caring man. However , and I hate to say this, his front office is the worst I have ever seen. They, one woman in particular, is so rude, impatient, and plain nasty she has no business working with he public. As I said I have never complained because I have several medical people in my family and I know how hard they work. I think they take advantage of the kindness of the doctor. Dr Paul Lucky cares deeply about his patients and it shows.
I have been going to Dr. Lucky for years. He has always told me that if I find anything between annual visits he wants me to make an appointment immediately. I describe what the growth looks like and a staff members notifies him. They call me back and an appointment is made.
I have been seeing Dr Lucky for many many years. He is a great doctor and I feel fortunate that my PC referred me to him. As much as I love this doctor I have to agree with many others that they do have the worst office staff I have ever come in contact with. They are rude, unhelpful, and in many cases have no idea what they are doing. He is such a nice man maybe they take advantage of it. I don’t know but he needs to crack the whip and get a good office manager.

Dr Lucky is the best; He is very honest and thorough in explaining all aspects of your medical condition and any procedure required. He follows up with you.. I hope he never retires.
I found Dr. Eisen to be rude, detached and noncommunitive. He took one look at my problem, gave me his diagnosis, wrote me a prescription and walk out of the room. The diagnosis was incorrect I might add.
Dr Eisen is the only dermatologist for my family. Over the years, we have went through teenage acne, melanoma, and a rare illness with Dr Eisen. With his expertise and compassion, he has been our rock.
