I went in for an umbilical hernia repair. My surgery and recovery went very well. Dr. Reynolds was professional and efficient throughout the entire process.
Knowledgeable, polite, professional. All the things I look for in a doctor.
Initial visit was great. He was able to explain the need for surgery, what he would do and answer all of our questions. Surgery went well. My only complaint was that none of his partners came to see me in the hospital when he went on vacation. Follow up visit went well although the wait in the room was very long.
Enjoyed the personal touch, operation went smoothly, recovery was quicker than I expected, He explained very clearly how the procedure would go, the recovery expectations, Highly recommend him, this is my second operation he has done on me.
After waiting 6 hours from the schedule surgery I was notified it was delayed. The Surgical Clinic did not bother to let me know until after sitting in the waiting room the procedure was delayed. This provider and clinic obviously has not respect of other's time. Many providers and ASC's in the Nashville area where you will be treated with respect
Online it said small portion of Medicare patients. I think the reason he did want to do a 7 hour surgery on me either he was not qualified or he could do more surgeries in the same time for more money. I think he missed his calling. He should be a teacher. Loves to talk and do nothing.
I saw him for a Workers Comp. Case. Most of the time WC doctors are not the friendliest, but he was very kind and genuine with his concerns. He explained everything in great detail. He even showed me the CT in motion and explained the whole situation. I learned a lot about my condition.
I enjoyed talking with Dr Reynolds, he listen and explain everything to where a child understands. W
Dr. Reynolds is my husband's dr. He did two hernia repair surgeries most recently. He is always very cautious and explains things with great detail. He cares for his patients and their families.
