It's been 2 days since I left a voice message to get an eye exam scheduled. Called again today, again no answer at the extension to make an eye exam. Dialed back talked to the operator she told me could I hold, ignoring her I went on to explain my situation, asked her if they were understaffed, she said yes two people out to lunch, asked her if she could have somebody make an appointment next weds for me and let me know if I could come in, she said yes hold please.
