Excellent service, great communication. Highly recommend.
We were extremely happy with the service we received from Dr Drapes Curtain Clinic in Melton. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in curtain and drapes cleaning. We had a fair bit of mould forming in the drapes and after spot cleaning and dry cleaning we were more than impressed with the outcome. They have a removal pickup and refit service which was very handy. Will certainly use them again in the future.
We had a very positive experience with Dr Drapes. Their communication and follow up was excellent. They were very flexible and helpful in arranging a time that worked for us which we greatly appreciated. All the staff that we interacted with were polite and very professional. Quality of service was excellent. Would happily recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. Drapes in Melton, they provided a professional service to clean curtains. Nicole and Shirley provided constant updates throughout the process to ensure I was happy with the process being undertaken. When the curtains were returned, they were in much better condition. Connor hung the curtains with care and was attentive when streaming the curtains for the final time and also received a phone call to ensure I was happy with the outcome.
