Absolutely beyond thrilled with the service from Dr Drapes! Nicole was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr Drapes dry cleaned my curtains and blinds not long ago. Whilst the actual clean of my curtains was successful, my blinds were returned damaged and torn. The owner, David, promised to inspect the damage and rectify it. Unfortunately this did not happen. I had to chase Dr Drapes to schedule an appointment. Thank you Dr Drapes for a professional and straightforward service. My curtains needed cleaning and a mold treatment. Nicole was professional on the phone, explaining the process clearly. The curtains were picked up and delivered on time, damage to curtains was mended at no extra cost and the installer spent extra time making sure curtain rod was running smoothly. I thought the price was reasonable for the terrific service delivered.
