I had a very positive experience. Dr. Boyce did a crown and fillings on me and Kimberly was my dental hygienist. They were very gentle, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend them for anyone who experiences dental anxiety. They are very calming and pleasant and make sure you always feel comfortable. They will put all your anxiety at ease. The dental assistant was also very nice, as well as the receptionists.
I have lived in 5 states and 4 countries. He is beyond a doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had. I have referred at least 5 other people to Dr. Pohl, all of whom now rely upon him for all their dental needs. Moreover, he is a man of kindness, integrity and principle.
An amazing Dentist with a great staff
Everyone was very professional. I've never had my eys covered for a dental appointment, however in the future I will ask for this everytime. UPDATE (from 5 stars) I switched dentists due to the OVERWHELMING DELAYS. More than 4 times my appointment went past 40 minutes before I was seen.
I went to Dr. Pohl to get bottom dentures because I was missing many teeth anyway. It has been 5 months since I've had bottom dentures. As of today, I have been back several times to get them to work properly and fit correctly. I cannot eat with them in, even with fixodent. I cannot talk to my customers without them coming out. It's very embarrassing. It's been several months. I have done research and I should not be having these issues after 5 months! I have called to get my money back because he obviously can't fix them.
