Be weary of this man.
He Does not listen to your medical concerns, and will completely take the side of your employer. If you are forced to see him I highly recommend being prepared mentally for a battle. Even the nurses and assistants working in his office were incapable of filling out the paperwork correctly. I wasted countless hours waiting outside his office for them to redo all the mistakes and fill it out accurately.
