very professional and kind.
This is the smile I prayed for but I didn’t get it I went through surgery just to get this smile back I took my sister to this dentist and I ask if they take my insurance at the time the dentist that did my surgery haven’t gotten my dentures right and I don’t like my smile I find my self at 56 years old going in to depression because of Not having a smile that I was promised by the first dentist I am so overwhelmed how much love I was shown in the Jessup office the dentist said that they can help me and I can’t wait to smile... read more
The staff are very nice, but iwasnt happy with the procedures. Billing has been a real problem .you have to keep fighting and questioning charges. You need to go in there a request a copy of of all charges and what they were for. After I did this they found a $1,000 mistake, yet I still have questions and will be going back to talk to them again.
I'm giving the Jesup office, an excellent rating because from the tune I walked in to the time I left, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend going here, I've always loved coming to the Jesup office but Richmond Hill, it's a NO for me.
