Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling.
