I waited on hold for almost a half hour to make an appointment. I had to give up and just hang up. So I called back later and got a message that they had gone to lunch. Later I tried a third time and there was no answer after quite a few rings. So I called again after a bit and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, and when they answered and I asked about their availability, they put me on hold another 5 minutes. Not very professional. Obviously understaffed.
