Four years ago, July, 2021, I was fly fishing with improper footwear. I got Plantar Fasciitis and it kicked my ass for three plus years. Podiatrist gave a Steroid shot and had intense (and costly) Physical Therapy. I was wearing a Plantar Fasciitis Boot or a Splint every night. Minimal results no matter what I did. I mentioned the pain to Dr. Douglas Krefman as he was treating a knee issue.
