I don't recommend going here ever. They kept losing our information over and over and over again and when they BOTCHED my tooth we called them and its been days with no call back. It's been over a month and my tooth is still killing every single day. We unfortunately already paid these people so we have to go back but DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible staff and service, not to mention the receptionist who can never seem to do her job right and is always rude.

Dr. Knop is the best, hands down. The entire practice has always been friendly and professional. I actually look forward to my check ups because the folks there are so pleasant and take an interest in their patients. My hygienist, Jennifer, is also a pleasure to be around and we always enjoy a few laughs. I've been going to Dr. Knop for a long time and can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Knopp is great. The woman at the front desk is a NIGHTMARE! She sent my info to the wrong insurance company which led to a 2 month long ordeal of billing nightmares! When we have called to resolve the issue she becomes irate and literally screams on the phone - this is not an exaggeration. She will even hang up on you and then call you back to scream more . She is unstable and not who you should have handling your billing and customer service issues. Unfortunately, this is probably deterring a lot of great patients away ... read more
