I called out there as a veteran with a hearing test less than a year old, was told they would not even see me. that he doesn’t deal with veteran paperwork. I told them i had already met my insurance max out of pocket. Said he wouldn't see me but when i said i needed a ent dr he said he would see me for that. Terrible. All i needed was a letter stating that my hearing loss had a 50% or greater chance of causing my hearing loss. I will find someone more Vet friendly.

I can't understand the negative reviews. He looked into my throat for about five seconds and told me I had cancer. Three other doctors said it was a virus. He was great. He was sympathetic but straight forward. He told me what lied ahead and he was nearly one hundred percent accurate. I appreciated his honest and his professionalism.

Not sympathetic at all, disregarded my concerns, told me that sometimes people just have narrow breathing passages, and that I should just use OTC nasal spray.
