I have been getting my foot surgeries and other foot care from Dr. Hansen DPM since Oct 2017, and I have had nothing but a good experience with him and his staff. He and his staff have always treated me with respect and always been very kind to me. I've had the best foot care from Dr. Douglas Hansen DPM and he healed my wounds I had for years and I've not had anymore wounds since then. Thank you always for such great care and such a wonderful Doctor.

Worst experience ever, my father can barely walk and we were only 5 minutes late past the grace period and the completely denied him without caring. They then proceeded to say he will have patients till 5pm even when we said we can wait. They also said if pain is bad reschedule so we can see him, that is completely wrong to tell someone when parking and office distance was very far and my father just can’t really walk. Had my first appointment with Dr Hansen today and was impressed with his communications and the time he took to talk about my issues and options. Will continue to see him.
