Worst experience ever, my father can barely walk and we were only 5 minutes late past the grace period and the completely denied him without caring. They then proceeded to say he will have patients till 5pm even when we said we can wait. They also said if pain is bad reschedule so we can see him, that is completely wrong to tell someone when parking and office distance was very far and my father just can’t really walk. Had my first appointment with Dr Hansen today and was impressed with his communications and the time he took to talk about my issues and options. Will continue to see him.
My story is similar to Ms. Hollomons. My PCP referred me to Dr. Hansen. His office was closed that day so I went to another podiatrist. That podiatrist was stiff and cold. When I finally was able to see Dr. Hansen, everything was the total opposite. Dr. Hansen and his staff are very warm, and caring. Dr. Hansen is very thorough, he explained to me my condition, what caused is and he was very caring and comforting when I was nervous. Dr Hansen is the best podiatrist in Houston. I’m sorry I didn’t come to him sooner.
