Id give 0 stars if I could If you want an office that will fail to send in lab orders, give you contradictory information, have you waiting up to an hour after your scheduled appointment time, inability to book for immediate concerns such as post-ER visits (which they demand), dealing with incompetent staff, tolerating an unprofessional environment, being met with constant inconveniences with no intent for a solution and constantly having to go in person to hold them accountable, this is the place for you. Dr. D. has been helping me for years, and I am always impressed by him and his entire staff. Dr. D. has incredible experience, expertise, bedside manner, and wisdom. He’s a doctor who listens as much as he gives fantastic advice. Highly recommend!
Nothing like getting denied a refill on long term asthma medication because the Dr. wants you to do an office visit to confirm you still have asthma. Left me with breathing problems for a week and half while waiting for the appointment. Only to have it canceled 24 hours beforehand because the Dr. was too "busy". Dr. then called in a one month prescription for me. Awesome that they could have done that right off the bat but made me wait a week and a half for no reason.
Dr D is one of the highest quality physicians I've ever had. He spends time with his patients, gets to know them, and takes common sense approaches towards treatment. His first instinct is to try an treat the cause of an issue, and not just focus on the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr D as your primary care physician
