As I said before, the staff seemed tense when I arrived. Everyone was all business without the usual camaraderie. Dr Covert was his usual calm, pleasant self. Very businesslike but unhurried. By the time my exam was over everyone seemed more relaxed and pleasa.nt. It went well.
