Not very satisfied with the service that was provided. Took 6 months to get tests completed. Had to take off work and pay copay just to have them inform me they do not offer the surgery needed and have to refer me to someone else. This was something that could have been done over the phone. Not missing work and charging me again.
My husband has anklosing Spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and DDS.. Husband had seen rheumatologist in Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Florida. Not one of them caught the AS. We moved here six years ago.. Dr. Brown took one xray and identified anklosing Spondylitis. Dr. Brown has replaced both of husband's hips and did an amazing job. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown. We only wish he was a rheumatologist too! Dr. Brown is knowledgeable, compassionate, and just a great orthopedic surgeon.
Dr Douglas brown wrote a addendum when I requested for my records because I never get any answers except the secretary saying he said physical therapy, his addendum states as follows, I've only seen him 3 times and he stated in a additional addendum that I was seeking pain pills , for one he seem me from a foot accident where I ended up n trauma center and didn't ask fir no pain pills which is n his notes , 2 from a broke arm I didn't even c him till 2 months afyer yhe incident abs after I seen him I requested something for ... read more
