Five Stars I have not done a review before, but when I googled Dr. Tinloy's name to get the office phone number, I saw a one star review and was stunned. Dr. Tinloy did braces on my oldest and it was wonderful experience. He made her smile beautiful and he really cared. You could see my daughter's personality blossom as her teeth got straighter. Happy With My Smile Dr. Tinloy was great. I get comments from people all of the time about how nice my smile is. They should have seen how bad my teeth were before my braces. My mom took me to an orthodontist in Montclair East first, but we didn't care for him and his prices were higher. So we went to Dr. Tinloy. He and the staff were always very nice and they really cared. I still go in to see him to check my retainers each year and he doesn't charge to check them. TOO PRICEY! Dr. Tinloy was my orthodontist for when I had braces. He was recommended by my dentist, but I would not recommend him to anyone else. He overcharged us for my braces, and after two years, kept insisting that I needed further dental work that would cost us more money! We finally insisted that he take the braces off because my teeth were perfectly fine, but afterwards he kept trying to make appointments for follow ups (which he made us pay for).
