I saw Dr. Landy probably over 5 years ago now (2020- to early 2021). Had me on incredibly high doses of Benzos, horrible antipsychotics, misdiagnosed me with certain disorders- without knowing me a long time and adequate questioning. He seemed to be a nice person and somewhat caring person- I don’t think he was necessarily malicious or out to get me it really just looks like he may need to retire from psychiatry. He listens to my concerns and he genuinely cares about me, unlike my last psychiatrist. One thing that impressed me is that he does regular checks for tardive dyskinesia for anyone on antipsychotics. This is super important because tardive dyskinesia can be a permanent side affect that can continue for the rest of your life even after you stop the medication , if you don’t stop the med in time.
