I am so incredibly frustrated at this office.. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but I also had an insurance change to Kaiser the 1st of January, so I also decided to call dr. Helm’s office to confirm if I would still be able to be seen with Kaiser now as my primary (even though I had yet to be seen or even schedule an appointment there!)
