What a waste of MY time. Sat in exam room for hours, No other patients were there. I will NEVER go back or recommend him. Finally had to leave
I wanted a post op evaluation and a quick summary, what I got was hours of waiting and this guy is having a bad day and I learned he's who really matters here so you can leave now. Try one of the others because you will not be compensated for dealing with his attitude, in fact, you are paying for it. entire experience was bad and while I was in tremendous pain, no sympathy. hours and hours long wait, doctor acts terrible when you don't placate him or understand. wouldn't wish him on anyone.
Terrible and unprofessional. There are no refunds for this kind of service but when someone acts like this person does, it is unlikely to be forgotten. Waited for over 3 hours (second appointment I have waited this long) and he treated me terribly. Mistreats patients when they aren't happy about waiting for hours. I have never encountered someone this unprofessional, he treated me like garbage for complaining! I cannot imagine how awful it would be to actually need his help for something serious or be stuck with him, what a nightmare. I wouldn't go back to him for anything. Tried to kick out my mother who had undergone surgery for a meniscus tear after kicking me out of the room for being impatient for waiting 3 & 1/2 hours and wanting the conversation to be focused on the knee and not his plethora of sports memorabilia. They didn't provide a print off of what was wrong with her knee (she has trouble hearing and understanding him), writing it instead on a lunch napkin, and when she arrived for the surgery, she was so ill-informed that she did not know she was even having the surgery. I live in Texarkana, my experience with Dr Bryant was phenomenal to the fact I didnt mind the trip, So I referred several family and friends to him and they are all pleased with his work.
I called today to make an appointment for my husband. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The receptionist answered the phone and I told her that I needed to make an appointment for **Insert Name**. She told me that I need to talk with my husband. I kept asking why. I told her that I was calling to make an appointment, and asked why would I need to speak with him to make an appointment when I had made numerous appointments before.
