I've worked with over 100 doctors throughout my 8-year career, and this is by far the most unprofessional doctor I've ever encountered.
This office don’t even deserve a one star. The first issue was when I was charged a copay when I shouldn’t have been. And called to inquire about it. The Mexican receptionist checked on it and realized the mistake. I asked if she could just refund it to my debit card. She said I had to pick it up. After driving all the way over there, she said she had to refund back on my card. I was livid. Second incident was when I show up for a 9am appointment.
