I went in to get crown on my front tooth. I got a temporary crown while the permanent one was being made and 3 times I had to go back because that's how many times the crown fell out and on this Friday it fell out again and around 12:30 pm I called them to let them know what was going, I left a message via voice mail and I also sent them a message via chat and no one ever got back with me. Terrible interpersonal skills, and I'm being nice, with new staff at every visit. I was talking to some other ladies in the waiting room and they were saying something similar. In addition, you're always waiting,they're always behind schedule. Find a good knowledgeable dentist, don't go to this place. I had a second opinion because what she said didn't sound right. I chose Dr. Wilson based on online reviews. This is very unusual for me but I have been extremely pleased with her services, education, her nice staff and her concern for you personally. I do recommend this office.
