First visit. Everone in the office is warm and friendly. Lovely, clean office and exam rooms. Dr. Hansen is friendly and very organized. During this visit we made plans for future care, including alternative care if necessary. I was very happy with this experience.
I just want to let people know that you have to pay for a consultation even when you referred in by another doctor and have all your x-rays and all the information and have been referred directly to them for a $77 consultation fee no treatment without the consult , I have been in the medical field for 30 years I just feel this is something that people should know ahead of time
I had a tooth that needed to come out and all my regular providers were going to make me wait a week or more. I was in pain, read the provider reviews, checked the Dental Board site and started going through my provider list looking for someone that could get this done ASAP. I was in pain! Dr. Hansen got me in same day. Confirmed via the x-ray that my endodontist was correct and same day extracted my tooth. He will make time for new and current patients. He is my new implant go to doc!
Had wisdom teeth pulled... Dr. Hansen was great, no pain and procedure was quick.. The office staff was A++ also... So relieved that everything went well and no pain afterwards.. I would absolutely go here again.. Everything was explained ahead of time and the couple of questions I had before the procedure was started they answered completely.. The worst part of the experience was the IV but even that was quick. Four wisdom teeth extracted and I feel great.... Thanks guys!! Mark Yarbrough
