Went in for my 6 months follow up (lab work). Everything went as expected. Staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Gates is thorough and attentive. I have complete confidence in her and the staff.

I called on March 7 2018 after 10 am an was seen that afternoon. Was really surprised at the wait time I figured I would have to wait half the afternoon but was carried back in just a few minutes. Dr. Gates did not seem to be in a hurry to get to her next appointment, she took time to hear the problem and started looking for answers right away. Mary Katherine is just amazing! She is always there when we need support and advice. Dr. Gates is a really good person and doctor who cares deeply about her patients - it shows in everything she does.
Dr. Gates is the greatest Doctor for my primary care I have ever had. She listens, she’s not rushing you, and if she can’t solve your problem she will send you to someone who can. She makes me very comfortable. Her nurse Mary Katherine is the greatest! I pray she never leaves. I love my primary doctor and the staff.
