Unprofessional, zero compassion.
Had set up an apt to see Dr. Pellerin. She was over an hour late. I had to leave and go back to work. I informed the front desk I could not wait any longer and they assured me that I would not be billed. 3 years later they sent me to collections for services never provided. She never even came out to apologize and say she was running late. I would not recommend her or this office to anyone. Unable to give less than 1 star or I would.
She makes up lies about her patients if she disagrees with them.
