I have been patient of Dr Rick for several years/ had to have extra work this summer( usually just clean), paid co pay at time of service …. Got bill for additional 14.00. Went to office to pay, closed. Went on vacation, had another bill w/ 10.00 finance charge. Total time between 1-2nd bill was a month.. I paid but will no longer be a patient there!!
Mr Doctor Rick at emergency number provided on her and Dr Klipfel’s business phone 3:15 am on Easter morning of all days Mr. Rick also DDS answered helped me of all days I get a crown issue pain he deserves recognition as does Dr Donna Rick DDS they’re superlative! My apologies woke up in severe pain felt bad calling but didn’t want to do the wrong thing thank you so much.
