Dr Phelan is extremely personal and professional. She explains with perfection, gives solid suggestions and allows time for patient questions and comments. I am extremely grateful for her.
Very thorough exam. Explains all options and considerations for the patient. Wait time from check-in to actual doctor's presence is too long. Was an hour wait in the exam room, in addition to nearly 30 minutes in waiting room.
