HOrrible office staff. Won't listen and will not even take a message to forward to dr or nurse. moved cross country and have a new dr set up but am unable to get into until next month. Need a refill on my blood pressure medicine and Alicia who answered the phone refused to even relay the message and circumstance to the dr.
