Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Never, they are very reliable. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
Dr. Cobaugh is a man of few words. While he is not overly friendly, he is in no way rude. He is pleasant and all business. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their staff is friendly and polite, although not overly so. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious.
