I really Needed help today with a mental health crisis He's not my doctor but oversees my PAC who was out. He wouldn't even call me in person . He had someone else call me and tell me to go to Urgent care. So much for compassion.

My husband has been joining my mother in law for years now in her appointments with Dr. Dong. The staff is always friendly, we like Dr. Dong however they keep loosing the consent form for my husband to get medical information for his mom. I appreciate that they protect clients confidentiality. However in this case my mother in law who gets disoriented and has a hard time understanding, which is why she has my husband as her primary contact and person to handle her medical care.
