Surgery scheduling sucks:: Saw Dr Mehta on E missouri in Phoenix, az Staff & doctor were oK running patients th9rough like cattle but still OK. However I was told surgery would have to be almost 40 miles away in Scottsdale Az & thats way to far to go as I have No ride there, also they require someone to go with patient & I have no one to do that???? Been a patient for over 10 years. There's always a wait of at least 45 minutes but I really like Dr. Quinlan so I tolerate it. I've followed him all over the West Valley when he's changed locations. Last week I missed my appointment due to a dead car battery and was told Dr. Quinlan was 6 weeks out, so I agreed to see another Dr. for my injection. After waiting the usual hour, I finally see the doctor and remind him I'm allergic to Betadine (it's in my chart). He tells me he won't do the injection without the Betadine. R... read more
I had wonderful experience while visiting this clinic for check up. every member of staff treated me professionally with dignity, respect and patience. As always Dr. Quinlan spent great deal of time to examine my eyes thoroughly. He was extremely patient and listened to my questions and concerns. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this clinic.
